"Good food, average service"

I visited this shop last week to see what looked good for a menu I was preparing for a Jubilee BBQ. I decided on the venison burgers. When I asked if I needed to “preorder” they asked me how many I would need. I told them about 12 and they said “no”. But when I showed up Friday afternoon to do my shopping, they had run out of venison as well as beef burgers.

Not a good situation to be in just before a BBQ! I would rate the quality of their produce high but customer service and shopping experience average at best. .
