"Super post office! Lovely staff"

A review of Bridgend Post Office by Lucy written on Saturday 3rd of July 2021

I honestly can’t understand the negative reviews here! Couldn’t disagree more, so in the interest of balance I’ll add my tuppence worth :-)

I’ve used this post office many times since it opened and have found it fantastic. Staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly - lovely team. It is a smaller office /shop floor/ staff so if you visit at busier times you may have a short wait - that’s fine by me, no one is wasting time and they’re efficient at what they do. Also think the range of birthday cards is excellent - really nice quality cards and so handy to have this office locally rather than have to go into the town centre. Well done all, and thanks!.
