"17 people in the queue - 30 minute wait in Perth"

This is completely unacceptable. I am 77 years of age and to have to wait this length of time to be served is outrageous. The gentleman behind me was blind and, of course, for him it was equally difficult. Your comments would be appreciated. I. Hazel Duke.
