A long standing customer of SCOT HYDRO SSE.

77 YEARS OF AGE- DISABLED - was given special number to phone for quick response - this number answers immed but says VERY BUSY BARE WITH US - EVENTUALLY spoke to person who took all my details then asked if I could give him a moment - returned to say I willpass you through to another dept - this dept took more details - asked if I could wait a moment returned to say, sorry can't get through can we phone you back with details for visit - ok but you will phone me back please please - no phone back after 5 hours - I phoned again going through all the reqd questions again - asked me to wait - he came back giving me all details for visit by Scot Hydro ie Wednesday - but no idea of time - this is monday.

I know it is difficult for you but please speed up even if it's to say meaningfully - sorry delay - and try to get the needed info from planning dept on time of visit for customer. EVERY ONE OF YOUR STAFF I SPOKE TO WERE VERY CORTIOUS - BUT PLEASE SSE SPEED UP.
