"Mother's Day gift gone missing"

On the 16/2/18 I had ordered by phone 2 small books from D C Thomson Haywards Heath so that they would be here in plenty time for Mothers Day which I was told could take up to 7-10 days on the 3/3/18 I still haven't received them so phoned the company and they traced them on their system to have been delivered on the 22/2/18 they did however have the number on the address down as 24b instead of 26b but surely posties get to know names and would realise that our name does not match the address. I have now had to re-order them and obviously no guarantee they will arrive in time for Mothers Day! Thanks a bunch Royal Mail not impressed! Hope you can shed some light on where these books are.
