"Extremely bad attitude!"

A review of ABP Perth Ltd by Anonymous! written on Friday 21st of April 2017

Regarding a telephone call with the "H/R" department

of ABP, in Perth, Scotland at, approximately, 1320,

today, Friday 21/04/2017 - speaking with an employee of ABP

thereat known as: Sonia

I telephoned regarding a work application-form

which I had, recently, sent!

I was asking as to why my application form had

not, in any way, been responded to, even though I had sent

it, quite a while, ago!

Which ever the reasons therefor may be, I certainly

did not expect to be spoken to in such an un-pleasant,

discourteous, impolite, rude and wholly unprofessional manner!

Without knowing me (she did not even ask for my name)

she said that there was not point in me

re-contacting the ABP company - she said that

she: "doesn't see any point in contacting the ABP company"!

When answering the 'phone she didn't state the name of the company

she didn't state her name (I have her name as, I had to ask her, for her name)

she didn't state her department

she didn't ask me for my name!

Given the fact that she did not know as to who I am (even though, even if she did, she should still have been polite and professional),

her whole manner was, for sure, an extremely bad reflexion on the "standards" of the ABP company!.
