My advice to anyone attending the clinic is to bring a book and/or make sure your phone is fully charged. Even if you walk in on opening times chances are the staff will still be getting organised to see you and you will need to wait for a considerable amount of time before you're seen, so you'll need something to keep yourself occupied with after filling out the questionnaires..
