"Very Rude"

Arrived at the store, looking for a complete bathroom refit. I was the only customer in the shop with 2 staff sat behind the desk. No hello, no help. I asked about a shower valve and the young man behind the desk pointed at a catalogue dispenser and said its in there! I left at this point and will not be back!.
