"Really poor"

I tried calling the store and no one answered. I then went in and no one spoke to me. I had 4 ensuites and a cloakroom to fit with a budget of £35K. I went elsewhere. When I complained I received a ridiculous response from the manager with spelling mistakes and no real apology, in fact his message actually did not make sense?.
