"Is this place open?"

Went to have a look at the showroom. What a mess, front window looks like it has been ramraided! Very dirty throughout, do they ever clean? Electric radiators everywhere, made it feel like they were flood victims drying the place out. 2 memebers of staff sat behind desks, did not even acknowledge me. Walked right past the desks and still nothing. Won't be going back, very disappointed. The TV adverts give the impression that this company are professional and high end. The shop was a dump and the staff had no interest in communicating..
