"Installation over priced"

Got a quote to install a very straight forward bathroom and a small amount of tiling. Bathstore wanted £5400 to complete the job? Got a quote from a local reputable fitter and was quoted £2750 for exactly the same work? Queried this with Bathstore and all they could offer was that they were giving me a 5 year guarantee. This does not seem worth over 2500 more expense. Probed a bit further and established that all they do anyway is sub contract the work to a local fitter who then gets paid about £2750 to do the work leaving bathstaore with the balance?.
