"Very Expensive annd not very efficient"

The products look tired and not very good quality. The service on offer is as expensive as going to the local boutique shop but the quality of installation is really poor and very over priced. If there is any issue with the products the staff seem to be uninterested and make little or no effort to resolve anything. The whole expertience is not at all what they market on TV. Not surprised that after a bit of research I discovered that they have been on Watchdog !.
