"Paying for stuff you don't receive"

Food is usually always good but past 2 times when it's came it's been a little bit cold and took a while to come. I also bought a bottle of juice with my order and never received it when I phoned back I got told it would get brought to me and I still didn't receive it. Not very happy and probably wouldn't order from here again..
