The terms and conditions are all in favour of the company. They only are interested in taking your money. The aftersales service is very poor. No communication, no call backs. Delays with refunds. The installation costs are almost double that of a local plumber. They then sub contract the work to a local fitter so they make a huge profit at your expense. Do not be fooled by the message this company puts out. The products are cheaply made in China, the expert design and installation is purely a money making scheme that does not deliver. .
